Job Description

Able Seaman (AB)

Able Seaman is responsible for assisting deck operations and maintaining vessel safety during navigation and cargo operations. Duties include lookout watch, mooring operations, cargo securing, deck maintenance, painting, and assisting officers during operational activities.

Oiler

Oiler supports the engine department by helping maintain machinery and engine room equipment. Responsibilities include lubrication work, machinery cleaning, assisting engineers during maintenance, monitoring engine room systems, and ensuring operational readiness of mechanical equipment onboard.

Cook

Cook is responsible for preparing daily meals for officers and crew members onboard. Duties include food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, inventory management, menu planning, and maintaining hygiene standards according to company and maritime regulations.

Ordinary Seaman (O/S)

Ordinary Seaman assists the deck crew in daily maintenance activities. Tasks include cleaning, chipping, painting, assisting during mooring operations, and supporting senior deck crew members during operational duties onboard.

Wiper

Wiper supports engine room personnel in maintaining cleanliness and assisting basic maintenance activities. Responsibilities include equipment cleaning, assisting engine staff, maintaining workshop areas, and supporting machinery upkeep onboard the vessel.

Messman
