Description: An Able Seaman (AB) is an experienced deck crew member responsible for supporting the daily operations and maintenance of a vessel. The Able Seaman assists with navigation watch duties, handles mooring and anchoring operations, maintains deck equipment, and ensures safety procedures are followed on board. Candidates are usually required to have valid maritime certificates and previous experience working on similar vessels.
